How do I place an order?

You may follow the below steps to place an order:-

  • Select your desired item along with the required services.

  • Add the item to Cart.

  • Click on the 'View Cart' button.

  • On the cart page, click on 'Proceed to Checkout'.

  • On the Checkout page, you need to select/enter your Billing & Shipping address incase you are logged in. Else, you need to enter the details and proceed accordingly, Select a payment mode and click on 'Place Order' to complete the payment.

  • On successful order placement the Order ID will be generated and you will also receive an Order Confirmation Email from us.

From where can I login to My Account?

At the top right corner of our Website you will see an option to "Log In" . Click on it and you will be guided to the Customer Login.

Enter your Registered Email ID & Password in order to login or you can use your Mobile number and receive the OTP to login into Ready To Wear Store.

Do you take Orders over phone?

We do not accept orders over phone. If you have any difficulty placing order through our website, feel free to touch base with us through email, we’re always available at your service to resolve any concern right away.

I have placed an order, but I have not received any Order Confirmation Email?

An Order Confirmation Email gets triggered instantly from our system on receipt of Payment against an Order. In case the payment is through from your end and still you have not received the Order Confirmation Mail, there might be some technical glitch. It happens in a very rare instance.

Alternatively you may login to your My Account and check the status of the order placed by you.

Can I cancel after placing an order?

1. Well, we have a provision for that too but do remember - orders cancelled post 24 hours of confirmation are dealt with on a case-to-case basis by our Customer Care team depending on the degree of process completion.

2. We provide the refund for all such orders in the form of Store Credit only. This is redeemable on our Website within a stipulated period from time of issuance.

3. Please be apprised that it takes a maximum of 2 business days, post the receipt of your cancellation request, for us to cancel your order, and send you a notification via e-mail.

4. In case of refund, we will deduct 10% of the final order value due to Cancellation Fees which includes management & handling charges.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select product you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process. Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Ready To Wear Shop account: - Track your orders and review past purchases - Request your return or exchange directly from your account - Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time - Manage your account details, address book and email preferences - To create an account, simply click on 'SIGN IN' and then 'REGISTER NOW' to fill in your details.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
